And yes, it saves time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But here is something not enough people are saying out loud:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI tools are trained on historical data. That means they can systematically reproduce the same bias that already exists in your recruitment \u2013 only faster and at a greater scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is an efficiency tool. Not an assessment tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What actually determines whether a hire succeeds is what AI can never replace: a structured, human assessment of behavior, potential, and how a person functions in your specific context. That is where the real recruitment decisions are made \u2013 not in an automated selection tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use AI for what it is good at.
