After 25 years in the industry, I started my own business.
Not because I had to – but because it was the only thing that felt right.
That might sound simple when written like that. But it is the result of 25 years of working closely with leadership teams, recruiting executives, building teams, coaching leaders, and always sensing that what I am actually best at does not quite fit within traditional employment.
What I do best is step in when it truly matters. Not as someone who delivers a report and disappears. But as someone who quickly understands where the problem lies, gives an honest assessment, and helps solve it properly.
My background is broad, and that is intentional. Recruitment and executive search, people assessment and psychometrics, leadership coaching, organizational and change support, strategic and operational HR. I have worked in roles ranging from operational HR responsibility to Chief Business Officer – across everything from listed corporations to founder-led growth companies. That gives a perspective that is hard to come by any other way.
I now work directly with founders, CEOs, and executives in companies that need the right people in the right roles – without the backing of a large HR department.
The world around us is changing fast. AI is transforming recruitment. The labor market is shifting. And the pressure to make the right people decisions has never been higher.
That is precisely where I want to be – as a sounding board, a specialist, and sometimes the honest outside perspective that an organization needs.
